• You must be a citizen of one of the following countries and have resided there for the last 5 years: USA, Canada, any European Union Countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Botswana, South Africa, Chile and Uruguay.
• You must not have any criminal record or be on any Interpol watch list.
• You must provide us with the documents we request in a timely manner.

Please note that we do not provide any time commitment with respect to your visa. Unforeseen complications can cause delays and we cannot guarantee that we will have your visa finished by a specific date.
